Creating a Duplicate GOOSE Stream
GOOSE Publisher allows creation of duplicate streams based on the selected stream. This would be used to test how subscriber IEDs respond to normal and simulated GOOSE messages in different modes (on, blocked, test, test-blocked).
To copy a GOOSE stream:
- Select the GOOSE stream that needs to be duplicated
- Click on the ‘Duplicate’ button in the Ribbon Bar
- This will create a new stream with a name prefixed by ‘Copy of’ (Note: The ‘Simulate’ bit is turned on by default)
